When i am tasked with content creation i don’t like to just produce written articles. I will often ask my clients for any data or lists they have that i can turn into something more interesting.
For Make A Smile Lottery i decided to create an infographic that could be used in many different ways. An infographic has many positive attributes:
- Eye catching
- Breaks a page of text up very well
- Is perfect for sharing on social media
- Provides bitesite content that people can skim and understand
- can be supplied in PDF, a solid, shareable and not easily editable format
- Google’s search algorithms favour a wide breadth of content types. An image or a PDF helps SEO
The infographic was made using a mix of knowledge from the client and facts and figures found from the internet.
